Our returns processing address is located in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not currently cover return shipping costs, and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We are continually working to improve our returns experience for our customers. Please note that original shipping charges, including any express delivery fees, are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return Conditions

Returns that are damaged, worn, altered, or returned without their original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Important Notice

The return address is not the same as the address shown on your delivery label. Please do not return any items without first obtaining return authorisation and the correct return address from us.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@ggseries.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include: Your order number, a photograph of the item (where applicable), and a brief description of the issue. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct UK return address.

We Accept Returns On: Faulty or damaged items, unworn items in their original condition and packaging, and items returned using a suitable small parcel or envelope service.
