The return and exchange address is in Dubai, UAE, where we locate ourselves. Unfortunately, we currently do NOT cover shipping costs for returns. Customers are responsible to arrange the returns themselves, however we are hoping to create a more friendly return policy.  

Meanwhile, please be advised that shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable in the event of a return. 
 

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused. 

*Important Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.

We accept returns on: 

• Faulty or damaged items 

• Unworn items in original condition and packaging 

• Ship items using small parcel or envelope format
